Akubo Adegbe
Managing Partner/CEO, UraCop
Akubo Adegbe is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategist, and consultant with extensive experience in project management, public sector policy and delivery, and enterprise development. As Managing Partner and CEO of UraCop Consulting, he provides strategic leadership across the firm's operations, advisory services, and growth initiatives.
His work spans agriculture, banking, international development, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on public health, media development, and service delivery. Akubo has managed and supported large-scale programs funded by organizations such as USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI). He served as Program Manager for SCIDaR's Gates-funded Polio Africa Project, leading digital innovations across sub-Saharan Africa, and later as Project Lead for TBI's Project for Agricultural Coordination and Execution (PACE) in Nigeria's Office of the Vice President.
Akubo's consulting practice encompasses strategy, business leadership, large-scale digital transformation, and delivery of development systems.
Akubo holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Jos (Nigeria) and an MSc in Instrumental Analytical Sciences from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen (UK). He has also completed several local and international training programs in finance, agricultural value chains, organizational development, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Panritmwa Harry-Odoh
Head of Operations and Programs
Panritmwa Harry-Odoh is an accomplished project manager and development strategist with extensive experience leading multi-sectoral programs across the public, private, and non-profit spheres. She brings a proven track record in program design, operational management, and strategic execution, driving institutional performance and measurable development outcomes.
Before joining her current role, Panritmwa served as Head of Programs at the Community Peace Initiatives Network (CPIN), where she led the design and implementation of peacebuilding, civic engagement, and governance programs that promoted inclusion and sustainable community development.
Her professional background also includes key operational and strategic roles at Clarion Call Care Foundation, where she provided high-level administrative and digital support to executive leadership, including the coordination of the Living Donor Day 2025, and at Malhacom Consulting, where she managed multiple client projects to successful completion. Earlier in her career, she led the rollout of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Airport Protocol Service Booking System while at Needle Technology Limited—a major post-COVID digital transformation that improved operational efficiency and service delivery across four international airports.
Panritmwa's expertise spans project and program management, stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, organizational development, and digital transformation. She is deeply committed to leveraging innovation and evidence-based approaches to strengthen systems and deliver sustainable impact.
She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Abuja and has completed advanced training in Management and Leadership as well as Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Washington (USA) and the African Center for Leadership and Strategic Development. She is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Victoria Estella Daaor
Dr. Victoria Daaor is a distinguished advocate for mental health, trauma recovery, and psychosocial well-being, with over 18 years of professional experience addressing the intersections of gender, peacebuilding, and emotional resilience. Based in Makurdi, Benue State, she serves as the Chief Executive of Elohim Development Foundation, a faith-based organization dedicated to promoting healing, wellness, and social stability among vulnerable populations.
A certified trauma healer and PhD holder in Organizational Psychology, Dr. Daaor has been instrumental in advancing mental health advocacy, particularly for survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and communities affected by conflict across Nigeria. Her advocacy work is anchored in capacity building and community empowerment, designing and facilitating numerous trainings on psychological first aid, stress and trauma management, organizational wellness, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Through her "40 and Over" Initiative, she promotes emotional balance, family well-being, and productivity among women aged 40 and above. Dr. Daaor contributes her expertise to policy development and institutional strengthening as an active member of the Benue State Technical Team on SGBV under the Office of the First Lady, and has supported the formulation of the Benue State Development Plan.
Her professional affiliations include the Health Development Guild of Nigeria (HDg-N), the Institute of Strategic Managers (ISM), the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP), and the Network of African Women Nonviolent Initiative for Change (AWANICH), Ghana. Fluent in multiple Nigerian languages and experienced in working across 34 states, Dr. Daaor continues to bridge gaps between policy and practice, faith and healing, and trauma and transformation.

Aderoju Basorun
Aderoju Basorun holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Lagos and Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Abuja.
His varied work experience spanning almost three decades covers Audit, Non-Bank Finance, Business Consultancies (with a bias for MSMEs in Emerging Markets), Mortgage Banking, Oil and Gas Finance, Operations Management, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Retail/Consumer Banking and Micro Finance.
With a banking and finance career spanning over 25 years that started with Liberty Bank (now under the Fidelity Bank PLC group), he went on to play a major part in Guaranty Trust Bank PLC's expansion and in-road into the FCT/North Central Nigeria economic sphere. His last two appointments involved the development of branch networks and coordination of branch retail activities for Guaranty Trust Bank PLC within cosmopolitan Abuja City and the very expansive and economically burgeoning surrounding area council (covering even to the University town of Gwagwalada).
He sits on the board of a few Nigerian companies with interests spanning Agriculture, Banking and Wealth/Asset management, Real Estate and Infrastructural Development, Oil and Gas, Hospitality Management, Sports and Entertainment Management, Food Processing and Technology.
He is the founder and was pioneer CEO of Pinnacle Micro Finance Bank Abuja. He currently serves as Principal and Managing Partner at HYERS CAPITAL LIMITED. Deroju has attended various management and professional courses locally and abroad. He is happily married with children.
